Synergy basically means, "The interaction of two or more people whose combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects." This means that many heads are better than one - that's why (moxie)SG is basically a small group. 

These small groups will meet every Wednesday night here at church in the auditorium from 7pm-8:15pm!
